Since 2003 I have been writing about food and wine, with a concentration on the East End of Long Island. I have covered everything from sheep farmers, to vineyard managers, to winemakers to makers of goat cheese and raisers of quail. A few of them have even won awards. The bulk of my work has been published in Edible East End and Edible Long Island, where I served as editor for many years.
